• Shearing – Mild steel plate 12', splitting to 20', 24" gap for notching purposes, NC back gauges.
• Mazak Laser – 1500STX, 1/2" mild steel, 3/8" stainless steel, 3/16" aluminum.
• Press Brake – 1/4" mild steel plate 14', 3/8" mild steel plate 12', 1/2" mild steel plate 8'. Channels, angle and Z bars can be formed up to 30' in 1/4" plate. Complete range of square, acute, rubber and radius forming dies. In-line throatless multiple punching to 3/4" hole size in 1/4" plate.
• Punch Press – 60 ton O.B.I. Complete range of round, square, rectangular, obround, and other special punching dies. Louvers stamped from 2" to 16" long up to 10 gauge. Acute and square notching dies to 1/4" plate.
• Hydraulic Press – 200 tons, bed 30" X 30", stroke 18", air assist.
• Computer Numerical Control Punch Press (CNC) – Amada Octo 334 30 ton 175 pound sheet capacity.
• Arc and Acetylene Welding – Generally 1/2" and lighter.
• Submerged Arc Welding – Hand and automatic.

• Magee Wire Edger - Wire Edging – 3/16" wire in 14 gauge steel, Edging can be done in circular or contour sections. Special wheels to produce U or V edging, other types of special edging are available.
• Rolling – 3/16" plate 6' and 10 gauge 10'.
• Angle and Shape – 1/2" x 1/2" x 1/8" angle to 3" x 3" x 3/8". Edge rolling of flat bars. Rolls are designed to roll tees, channels, round bars, beams and other sections.
• Buffalo Iron Worker – 3" x 3" x 3/8" angle.
• Nibbling and Shearing – 3/16" mild steel, straight or contour cutting, copy nibbling, slotting, joggling and flanging.

• Hydraulic Shape Forming – This equipment is suitable for bending radii in special shapes.

A full stock of 18 gauge to 3/8" hot and cold rolled steel sheet and plate, 14 gauge to 1/4" Inland floor plate plus a full range of bars, angles and shapes are maintained at all times to economically produce your product.
